Do you agree with Krugman, the author, that the problems dictators or autocrats like Xi and Putin are having are due to the fact that autocracies, or dictatorships, are governments that rely on LYING to their people and on tightly controlled information systems (that filter out information that the dictator does not agree with) in order to maintain their power?
