Trig identities and Functions

Throughout my career as a student, I never had encountered much difficulties as I had in my Algebra 2 Trig class. Most of the time, the teacher had explained the topics which left us with lots of time to do homework in class. I remember one of the hardest things was remembering not only the trigonomic function and identities, but also how to derive them. For me remembering how to derive the trig function and identities was easier said than done. The first time I tried doing this, I forgot, the moment I took the instructions awry. This was just the first derivation, there were 11 more. Each and everyday, at seven o’clock, I put away one hour to work on this. By the end of the first week, I had memorized about half of the trig function and identities.I had poured my blood and sweat into memorizing this. Now, I had one more week before I was tested on this subject. The remaining week, I focused hard on memorizing how to derive these identities and functions. Thankfully, some of these identities were very easy to memorize because they needed only one or two steps to turn into other functions. When the day of the test came, I was prepared. I had memorized these derivations down to the point where I could do them in my sleep. When I entered the class that day I was fairly confident that I could ace the test. When the teacher said go, the steps to derivation flowed from my mind smoothly like water in a river. After double checking them I turn the test in. About a week later, I received my score for the test. I aced it.
