Hidden Intellectualism Response

At school and college, students are judged by their grades and how "smart" they are at certain subjects. A lot of the time, however, schools miss out on students, and it's because schools are focused only on a couple specific subjects. An extracurricular activity that I participate in outside of school is programming. In school, although there are electives that teach me how to edit videos and do animations, they don't really talk a lot about programming. By learning this, I can have more background knowledge if and when I get a job. If programming doesn't relate to my job, however, it can still be useful. It's kind of like a language by itself, as you have to learn syntax, which is similar to learning english grammar.

I like how you wrote about how programming can benefit you in the future. What programming languages do you learn or want to learn in the future?
